When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 48hours to process and ship your order.

This does not include weekends or holidays.

Purchases made after 12 am UTC+1 will not be shipped out until the next business day.

If you order after 12 am UTC+1 on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

From the expedition confirmation, depending on your address, you can count between 3 to 10 business days to receive your order.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Contact us before 12pm CET following the day of your order to make any changes in the order.

Is it safe to order online?

In order to protect your information, JDM+  uses one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market, and we're constantly researching and improving our software to make sure we offer the highest possible security at all times.

We utilize Security Socket Layer (SSL) technology; one of the most secure systems for ordering online that allows encryption of your potential sensitive information, such as your name and address and critical personal information such as credit card information. Your information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it, and your personal information will not be saved on a public server. That means that information passed between you and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. The SSL technology provides authentication that assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct secure computer server; encryption that encodes all data, so only the secure server is able to read it; and data integrity that checks that the transferred data has not been altered.

Is my payment information safe?

Every transaction is encrypted and sensitive information is not shared with third-parties or stored on our servers.

No credit card information are stored on any JDM+ / jdm-military.ch services or servers.

What is the exchange rate applied?

We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method is issued.

We are using Shopify Payment - the exchange rate is updated daily and the price displayed includes the commission from our platform. 

At checkout, simply select your shipping address and the price will convert automatically.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped within 1 or 2 business days.

You can simply access the status of your order by accessing to your account on our website, using the email address you used to checkout.

If you haven’t received the shipping confirmation via email, we kindly ask you to check your spam.

Please note that it can take up to 3 business days for the tracking to be active. If the tracking status has not been updated or your parcel seems to be stuck, please contact us

How are taxes and duties calculated?

All our orders are shipped DDP.

For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.

JDM+ does its utmost best to delivery their goods as fast as possible with the best and safes carrier for your region. All parcels are shipped DDP and no taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery.

What type of movement is used?

What type of leather is used?

Our leather straps are made of genuine leather.

What is the glass made of?

The glasses we use is made out of Sapphire Crystal.

Sapphire Glass is a synthetic or “glass” is actually not glass at all. It is a very hard, transparent material made of crystallizing pure aluminum oxide at very high temperatures. Synthetic sapphire has the same hardness as natural sapphire gemstones, but without the colouring agents that give the gems their various hues. When it is heated, the synthetic sapphire forms round masses, that are then sliced into pieces with diamond-coated saws. These disks are then ground and polished into watch crystals. (One reason sapphire crystals are relatively expensive is that the tools required to cut and polish this extremely hard material are very costly.) Sapphire (whether natural or synthetic) is one of the hardest substances on earth. It measures 9 on the Mohs scale, which is a system for rating the relative hardness of various materials. (Diamond measures 10, the highest rating.) Watch crystals made of synthetic sapphire are often marketed as “scratch resistant” or “virtually scratchproof” because they are very difficult - but not impossible - to scratch. Diamond can scratch them; so can man-made materials that incorporate silicon carbide, which, with a Mohs rating of between 9 and 10, is harder than sapphire. So, if you accidentally scratch your watch on a simulated-stone surface or a wall that incorporates some of these silicon carbide materials, it could scratch the crystal. 

Is there a warranty?

JDM+ has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for five years after the original purchase date.

Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site, the order number will suffice; otherwise if you purchased via another authorized seller or retail location, you will need to contact them directly as they handle their own warranty claims, returns and exchanges.

How do I replace my battery?

All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronic store, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or Jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery on your own, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.

 

RETURN AND REFUNDS

Can I exchange my recently purchased watch?

As per the return time you have 30 days to request an exchange or return. Kindly send us an email to info@jdm-military.com and follow the step by step below:

Upon receiving your order, you have 30 days to return it. Please be aware that the product and the packaging must be in the same condition in which you have received it in.

Here is a simple step by step:

  • Step 1: Pack the watch in its original watch box. Tip! Keep the shipping box as its size fits perfectly the watch box.
  • Step 2: Kindly cut out the card you received and include it in the parcel along with your order number (you can find it in the email)
  • Step 3: Ensure original invoices are placed within the parcel
  • Step 4: Go to your local post office or organise a shipping with your preferred carrier service (DHL, UPS, DPD,...). The shipping cost is on the customer side. Note: We recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns for orders from Switzerland are free.

Once your returned watch is approved by our Quality control team, we will proceed with the refund/exchange and keep you posted on the status.

If you exchange for a product that cost less than the original order, we will of course issue a refund for the amount due. 

Please note that we do not cover the return Shipping cost (except for Switzerland and exceptions)

How can I return my JDM+ watch?

Upon receiving your order, you have 30 days to return it. Please be aware that the product and the packaging must be in the same condition in which you have received it in.

follow the step in the section above to send us back your watch. 

How can I return a watch that was bought/sent to me as a gift?

We can process this as a normal return, as long as you are able to provide us with the order number, a store receipt or proof of purchase. 

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your return order we will start processing the quality inspection.

Once completed, we willl proceed with the refund.

This can take up to 14 business days as of reception of the returned parcel.

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.

I received a damaged or defective product - what do I do?

If you have received a damaged or defect watch, please submit a request via our contact form with your order number, a description.

We may ask you to provide proof for the damaged good. Please make sure to take a picture of the shipping box and of our watch. If no proof can be given we may not be able to issue you a new product or refund. 

I received the wrong product/size what do I do?

We carefully check all orders before they are shipped. In case something has gone wrong during the process, please submit a request via our contact form and we will help you out! To speed up the process please provide us with your order number and a picture of the item.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without any proof of purchase (invoice or order nr.)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jdm-military.ch.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, included sales items.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
