When will my order ship?

After your payment has been authorised and verified, your order will usually be processed quickly. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing and shipment, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after the daily warehouse cut off time will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after the cut off time on a Friday will usually be processed on the following Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on your destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

All orders are shipped DDP, Duties Delivered Paid, wherever this service is available. This means that duties and taxes are either included in the product price or clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

No additional customs duties or import taxes should be charged upon delivery when your order is shipped DDP.

We work with trusted carriers to ensure that your parcel is delivered as quickly and safely as possible, depending on your destination country.

What is the exchange rate applied?

We recommend paying for your order in the same currency as your payment method. If you choose to pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply additional conversion fees.

At checkout, the final price will be displayed in your selected currency before you confirm your purchase.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is always free on all orders over $149.

For orders below $148, a shipping fee will apply. This fee typically ranges between $25 and $30, depending on the destination country.

Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, the exact shipping cost will be calculated automatically and displayed in your selected currency before you complete your purchase.

Return Policy

All online orders worldwide can be returned within 30 days.

The product and its packaging must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Returns from Switzerland are free. For all other countries, return shipping costs are covered by the customer and are not refunded.

Here is a simple step by step:

  • Step 1: Pack the watch in its original watch box. We recommend keeping the original shipping box, as it is designed to fit the watch box safely.
  • Step 2: Include the return card you received with your order, together with your order number.
  • Step 3: Place the original invoice inside the parcel.
  • Step 4: Send the parcel through your local post office or your preferred carrier, such as DHL, UPS or DPD. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping service.

Once your returned watch is approved by our Quality control team, we will proceed with the refund/exchange and keep you posted on the status.
