After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 24 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Purchases made after 12am CET +1 will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 12am CET on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.

JDM+  does its utmost best to delivery their goods as fast as possible with the best and safes carrier for your region. All parcels are shipped DDP and no taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery. 

 

What is the exchange rate applied?

JDM+ wants to make sure to reach everybody around the world and therefore ships all watches Duties Delivered Paid.  

We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.

 

Is shipping free?

Shipping is always free on all orders over $149.

For orders below $148, a shipping fee will apply. This fee typically ranges between $25 and $30, depending on the destination country.

Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, the exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed in your selected currency. This amount will be added to your order total before you complete your purchase, so you'll always know the full cost upfront.

 

Return Policy

All online orders worldwide can be returned within 30 days.

Except for Swiss orders, the return shipping are to be covered by the end client and are not refunded. 

Please be aware that the product and the packaging must be in the same condition in which you have received it in.

Here is a simple step by step:

• Step 1: Pack the watch in its original watch box. Tip! Keep the shipping box as its size fits perfectly the watch box.
• Step 2: Kindly cut out the card you received and include it in the parcel along with your order number (you can find it in the email)
• Step 3: Ensure original invoices are placed within the parcel
• Step 4: Go to your local post office or organise a shipping with your preferred carrier service (DHL, UPS, DPD,...). The shipping cost is on the customer side. Note: We recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns for orders from Switzerland are free.

Once your returned watch is approved by our Quality control team, we will proceed with the refund/exchange and keep you posted on the status.
